So, in keeping with my promise to catch you all up on what's been happening in my world these past couple months, here is a fun little project I've recently worked on. Friend and Photographer Judy Pak (she's fantastic, look her up!) approached me back in August asking if I'd join her on a styled bridal shoot she was dreaming up. And the best part? I would have the opportunity to do video!
Never one to say 'no' to a styled shoot, or the chance to create beautiful moving images for that matter, I immediately squealed with delight. Thankfully she took that as a 'Yes' :)
So, on a gorgeous day in early October, we packed our extensive production crew into 3 small vehicles and hauled our creativity out to Long Island's stunning De Seversky Mansion for, get this, our Indie Great Gatsby Shoot!
Every detail was perfect. Every team member a true talent! And fortunately the resulting images got due credit when they were featured on Style Me Pretty New York (Here you can see my video AND the full collection of images from our shoot!). Other images (and/or my video) can also be found at ANG Weddings (a NYC wedding planner and the coordinator of our shoot) and Falcon Griffith (the incredibly sweet and oh-so-helpful 2nd photographer).
Oh - we had so. much. fun!
