When Jeff asked me if I'd be up for a trek to the New Jersey Watchung Mountains' Deserted Village, my first thought was... that sounds really really creepy. My second thought was... that sounds really really amazing! So trek we did, for their autumn engagement session adventure - high heel boots and all :) With warm-toned foliage, collapsing roofs and that low late-season sun it almost felt like something out of a movie.
And it was during our adventure, that I learned about some of their many other adventures... my favourite of which was the story of "that one time Jeff led Rebekkah on a horse down Mount Fuji in a rain storm". If the adventures they've had are any indication of the adventures to come, they are in for one incredible journey! And I can't wait to be a part of one of it's many highlights - the day they say "I do".
