Kelley & Billy's playful bond is the sort that grows over the course of nearly a decade. After a fateful meeting in high school swim club, they navigated a long distance romance all through college before finally landing in NYC where they've created their home together for the last 2 years. From the way Billy's mischievous smile reveals he's almost always up to something that's sure to prompt Kelley into a burst of laughter, it's no wonder Kelley thought nothing of him just acting "weird" on the day he proposed July of last year, gaining him the advantage he needed to truly surprise her.

Donning cowboy boots & sky-high gold heels, we wandered their Financial District neighborhood on a sunny summer day in pursuit of capturing a few of their favourite memory-making spots along the way. Starting our time at their stellar rooftop, complete with Brooklyn Bridge & Freedom Towers views, we voyaged down to the nearby South Street Seaport for a stroll along it's recently restored boutiques & cobblestone lanes. Paying homage to Billy's long-time alias "Taco Bill" we stopped at El Luchador tacqueria's retro Airstream teal travel trailer, feasting on Tacos for Two (#tacosfortwo - it's a thing!) amidst wrestling masks & vintage christmas lights. And after an afternoon of fun, what better way to round off our time at Pier 16 than a stroll along the boardwalk lapping up a Häagen-Dazs ice cream cone while looking out over the East River?
