Prospect Park Engagement Photographer | Hannah + Tonni

Two years ago, during a volunteer event, Hannah and Tonni first crossed paths. In a truly modern fashion, their "IRL" connection was followed by a string of online interactions: her looking him up on LinkedIn followed by him adding her as a friend on Facebook ultimately led to the move that truly sealed the deal - the FB message initiation. Before long, they were back to real life, with a first date of ice cream at NYC's High Line Park segueing into an evening of impromptu drinks. Unbeknown to them at the time, an escape to a cottage in The Catskills for a friend's wedding weekend just two months later would one day hold a special place in their hearts as the very spot where they would return for Tonni's planned proposal in May of 2015.

Documenting the way they love, we launched our time together at The Soldiers' and Sailors' Arch in Brooklyn's Grand Army Plaza. With the bright yellow and orange of autumn's peak foliage as our backdrop, we continued on through Prospect Park getting lost amidst side paths en route to The Boat House, with stops at Binnen Falls and the picturesque Lullwater Bridge along the way.
