For Hannah & Tonni, the wedding day was all about capturing the feeling of rustic elegance - with farm tables set to a backdrop of mountain views - while celebrating their shared value of family tradition. Every detail of an Orthodox Jewish wedding made a carefully-thought-out appearance: the men gathering for song and prayer at the Tish, the signing of the Ketuba, the bride's veiling (groom's dance and all!) at the Bedeken, circling 7 times + breaking of the glass et al during the Chuppah ceremony, plus an extended Hora, Motzi , and Mezinka dance during reception. But family will go beyond just the wedding day. With a custom engagement ring hosting a new center diamond supported by 2 diamonds from Hannah's grandmother and 2 diamonds from Tonni's grandmother, their heritage will be carried with them always.

With Hannah's eye for design, no detail went untouched. Shades of ivory, pink, and a muted tiffany blue-green were carried through everything from bridesmaid dresses and linens to florals made up of garden + juliet roses and dusty miller. Gold accented the day in floral arrangements, framed family photos, and reception decor while a DIY photo station with a Polaroid camera and props made for lots of fun. To top it all off, the summer colours carried throughout were accented by none other than the absolutely breathtaking sunset over the hudson river nestled amidst the Highland mountainscape.
